Content on the Site is provided for general information about CTech Ventures, its venture-studio model and operating companies. Descriptions may change as products, markets and companies evolve.

4. Venture / company information

References to NeuFin, Arisole, Neumas, Trocial and other ventures describe operating companies associated with the studio. Each company may maintain its own website, products and policies. Links to those destinations are third-party sites unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. No investment advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Content is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other instrument.

6. No offer or solicitation

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities or any other investment product. Any future investment opportunity, if any, would be made only through appropriate documentation and only to persons who satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.

Our aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for Site access in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) SGD 100.
